An observed case proves that behavior occurred in the recorded scope; it does not by itself prove frequency, permission, policy, or authority. A capture receipt proves review of the recorded interaction, not truth, approval, or customer acceptance. No captured content becomes an agent instruction or production requirement until an accountable owner validates it and its classification, source authority, and scope are recorded. Never append an item to another engagement because the customer, workflow, or source boundary is missing or ambiguous.
