Review-Only Evidence Review

Review-Only Evidence Review

Read Review-Only Evidence Review: invoice practice guidance with evidence limits, practical checks and editable source material.

This is a worked pre-production review over the committed teaching fixture. It uses the production service-review questions without pretending that a production service exists.

Answer first

Decision: continue as a review-only shadow candidate. Do not deploy, expand authority, or complete handoff.

The exact deterministic runtime passes all five committed regression cases in its recorded host-process environment. Unauthorized effect rate, duplicate effect rate, and postcondition failure rate are zero within that closed suite. The release remains review, uses shadow with zero traffic, and has no approvals.

Evidence by gate

Gate Current evidence Decision
Field boundary Synthetic sold, observed, policy, system, and disposition sources are separated and linked Coherent teaching reframe; replace with target evidence
Value Arithmetic and stop thresholds are explicit Unverified forecast; no realized-value claim
Data The existing manifest binds four data planes for the fixture Not target source, permission, quality, or drift evidence
Mechanism Rules, retrieval, typed proposal, human approval, transaction, and review are separated No multi-agent justification; model proposal still requires target evaluation
Evaluation Five deterministic cases pass; prohibited, duplicate, and unverified effects are zero in-suite Retain review status; add representative target cases and hardened execution
Adoption Denominator, events, target, and guardrails are drafted Pilot entry blocked until sources, dates, baselines, and capacity are fixed
Handoff Required exercises are named Handoff blocked; none has been exercised
Production readiness In-memory state, example identities, host-process execution, and zero traffic Do not deploy

Open actions

  1. Observe ten eligible cases with the process knower and confirm exception coverage, current authority, reviewer effort, and recovery paths.
  2. Replace illustrative economics with owned baseline, full-cost, adoption, and accepted-outcome measures.
  3. Bind target source, identity, policy, durability, audit, reconciliation, restricted-environment, load, and recovery evidence.
  4. Evaluate any model-assisted proposal on representative and adversarial slices under enforced resource limits.
  5. Freeze the pilot adoption contract and run receiving-team exercises before any canary proposal.

Any unauthorized, duplicate, cross-tenant, or unverified effect; evaluator-integrity failure; source-of-truth mismatch; or inability to preserve the manual fallback stops the candidate.
